I have been selling real estate in the Savannah area for 18 years. While I've sold homes from Richmond Hill to Guyton and everywhere in between, my primary market area is in Savannah, specifically the Southside and Midtown area. There are so many unique neighborhoods: Ardsley Park, Fairway Oaks, Windsor Forest. Each has its own charm, conveniences, and distinct architectural style.
